If you are submitting an application for a complex case or client with extensive health issues, it is always a good idea to submit a detailed cover letter!

Application Process
1. Agent submits application via iGo and attaches Illustration and cover letter if applicable through iGo software.
2. Rohrer receives application and sends appointment link for carrier via Surance Bay/SureLC. (if not already appointed)
  - Agent must complete within 24hrs
3. For Drop ticket applications, insured will receive an email/phone call to complete Part 2 of the applications.
  - Process varies by carrier/state
4. If exam is required -Rohrer & Associates and carrier will coordinate scheduling
5. Case manager will provide status updates to agent as application progresses.
  - Agents can also obtain status via Tools > “My Business Portal“
Exam Information
Many carriers have an instant decision or accelerated underwriting process. Don’t order the exam without speaking to your case manager first.
